Two addresses. One reaches the newsroom, the other reaches the business side, and nothing crosses between them.
Editorial — editorial@igniteitcybersecurity.com
Everything that touches what we publish goes here.
Story tips. Deals in progress, an incident a company has not disclosed, a vendor in trouble, numbers that do not add up. We protect sources. If you need to reach us another way before you say anything substantive, write a one-line note and we will arrange it.
Corrections. If we got something wrong, this is the fastest way to have it fixed. Our corrections policy says what to include and how we handle it.
Data and benchmarks. If you work in this industry and are willing to contribute anonymised data to our Benchmark index, we want to hear from you. Contributors see the full index before it publishes.
Privacy and data requests. Anything about what we hold on you, under any privacy law. The privacy page is the long version.
Commercial — partners@igniteitcybersecurity.com
Everything that involves money going in either direction.
Advertising and sponsorship. Rates, media kit, newsletter and display placements. Where the line sits is set out in the advertising and sponsorship policy.
Press releases. Paid, labelled and non-editorial. The submission page explains what we accept and what we turn down.
Events. Registration, sponsorship and exhibit space for IgniteIt events in cybersecurity. See events.igniteit.com.
Why only two
A publication that lists eight addresses and staffs two of them is worse than one that lists two and answers both. These are monitored. If you write to the wrong one we will move it along rather than let it sit.
IgniteIt Cybersecurity is published by IgniteIt Inc, 3810 Lane Lake Rd, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302.
