NVIDIA released its OpenShell Reference Architecture at GTC Berlin. It is a blueprint for running enterprise AI agents with hardware-backed controls, and NVIDIA Sentry on BlueField-4 DPUs can stop an agent that leaves its permitted boundaries within milliseconds, the company said.
Eleven security vendors are building support into their agent-security products: 1Password, Check Point, CrowdStrike, Cisco, F5, Fortinet, Microsoft, Okta, Palo Alto Networks, TrendAI and Zscaler. The architecture is available now.
