ISC2 has launched a Cyber-AI Workforce Coalition to work out how AI will change cybersecurity roles and skills, the organization said. A founding group of employers, technology firms and workforce organizations will meet this fall.
Planned outputs include a competency toolkit to guide employer hiring and development and a shared definition of the skills the field needs. No target dates have been announced.
